As a GC, good contractors are hard to come by. TRG of Cincinnati was thankfully the needle in the haystack! From start to finish they checked all the boxes, Responsive✅ Timely✅ Honest✅ And one of my personal favorites, Detail oriented!✅ I've seen too many homes that have gutters improperly sloped and sloppily put together. TRG took extra measures to ensure everything drained properly, was leak free, and clean! Even coming out a second time to verify everything was in working older. And the best part, if you have any issues, they are more than happy to hear you out and make it right!

The gutters were bowing and pulling away from the fascia/roof line and needed to be resecured. Collin came out the next day and provided a quote to fix the issues and check the other gutters. In the ensuing 48 hours, the entire line of gutter work pulled free from the house taking the fascia with it. Collin came out that day, removed the damaged area of gutter,(it was blocking the garage), and moved the repair job up to fix it in the next two days. He reinstalled the Hardiplank fascia and replaced the damaged gutters. The work looks great and the gutters are a perfect match. He gets five stars for his rapid response, attentiveness to customer satisfaction, and completing the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I would highly recommend Colin and Top Rated Gutters. We called to request a quote for cleaning--it was prompt and reasonable and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do it and they didn't try to sell something we don't need. That means something, unfortunately not many service companies doing a good job of this today.
