The Top Rated Gutters of South Bend did a wonderful job. The gentlemen that installed were very skilled, tested all the problem areas of my former gutters with the water hose and what a difference with their gutter guards and repitching my old gutters. The technicians at Top Rated Gutters of Northeast Georgia were extremely polite and knowledgeable during the entire gutter repair process. We had gutter cleaning and LeafGuard installation. Everything went well and the job was quickly performed. The only disappointment I had was the downspouts were not flushed after cleaning to confirm they were open and draining. I still had to climb up to the roof and flush them with hose. I’d like to encourage Scott to make that a part of their routine when they clean gutters. I highly recommend Top Rated Gutters.

The gutters were bowing and pulling away from the fascia/roof line and needed to be resecured. Collin came out the next day and provided a quote to fix the issues and check the other gutters. In the ensuing 48 hours, the entire line of gutter work pulled free from the house taking the fascia with it. Collin came out that day, removed the damaged area of gutter,(it was blocking the garage), and moved the repair job up to fix it in the next two days. He reinstalled the Hardiplank fascia and replaced the damaged gutters. The work looks great and the gutters are a perfect match. He gets five stars for his rapid response, attentiveness to customer satisfaction, and completing the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

TRG took extra measures to ensure everything drained properly, was leak free, and clean! Even coming out a second time to verify everything was in working older. So we were having MAJOR water issues with our 40+ year old gutters. Met with Colin on a Thursday afternoon. Super nice, down to earth guy, like him immediately. So we were having MAJOR water issues with our 40+ year old gutters. Met with Colin on a Thursday afternoon. Super nice, down to earth guy, like him immediately. He never tried to oversell anything, provided solid professional advice, and quoted me an incredible price. His Team had the job done by the following Thursday. I never even got to see the crew - but they took great care in cleaning up after themselves, and even carefully moving all of my wife's deck plants out of the way. The upgraded gutters look incredible and I really wish I could give 10 stars here!!!
Colin was easy to work with and communicated well. Didn’t hard sell me on parts I didn’t want or need. Needed some tweaks after gutter installation and Colin made sure everything was remedied correctly and quickly. Very professional and kept us informed on the schedule, which is very important to us.
