Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of this website and the gutter services we provide across Georgia, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.
Effective July 29, 2026. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and warranty.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of topratedgutters.com (the “Site”) and any estimate, quote, or gutter service you request through it. By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Top Rated Gutters® operates through independently owned and operated local teams in Northeast Georgia, Northwest Georgia, Central Georgia, Cincinnati (Ohio and Northern Kentucky), and South Bend (Indiana and Southwest Michigan). The team serving your address is the party that contracts with you, performs the work, and is responsible for it.
2. Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any price range, figure, or example cost shown on this Site is illustrative only — it is not an offer and does not bind us or you. Pricing depends on measurements, material, roof height and access, existing condition, and the scope you approve.
A binding price exists only once we have provided a written quote for your specific property and you have accepted it. If conditions we could not reasonably have seen at the time of the quote change the scope of work, we will tell you before continuing and give you the choice to approve, modify, or cancel the additional work.
3. Scheduling, access, and cancellation
Gutter work is weather-dependent and is performed at height. We may reschedule for rain, ice, high wind, lightning, or any other condition that makes the work unsafe. We will contact you to arrange a new date.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled day, including access to the exterior of the building and, where relevant, gates, driveways, and power. Please move vehicles and fragile items away from the drip line before we arrive. If we cannot access the property, we may need to reschedule.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by calling your local team. We ask for as much notice as you can give so the slot can be offered to someone else.
4. Workmanship and warranty
Warranty coverage for installed gutter systems and for our labor is described on our warranty page, which forms part of these Terms. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are passed through to you on their terms.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by storms, falling limbs, ice, roof or fascia failure, settling, pest activity, other trades working on the building, or modification, cleaning, or repair of the system by anyone other than us.
5. Existing conditions
Gutters attach to fascia, soffit, and roof edge. Where that underlying structure is already rotted, water-damaged, or under-built, we will tell you what we find, but we are not responsible for the pre-existing condition itself or for what is revealed once old gutters come down.
Some repairs cannot be made without disturbing paint, sealant, or siding at the attachment points. We take care to minimize this and will discuss anything significant with you before proceeding.
6. Payment
Payment terms are set out on your written quote or invoice. Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work. Financing, where offered, is provided by a third-party lender on that lender’s own terms, and approval is theirs to give.
7. Use of this website
You may use this Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use it to transmit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, to submit another person’s contact details without their permission, to scrape or bulk-download content, or to attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
The Site’s content, photographs of our completed work, layout, and the Top Rated Gutters® name and logo are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
8. Accuracy of information
Our guides, cost articles, and maintenance advice are general information about gutters, written for homeowners. They are not an inspection of your property and not a substitute for one. Building codes, product specifications, and prices change, and what is right for one roof is wrong for another. Do not rely on this Site in place of a written quote and an on-site assessment.
9. Reviews and customer content
Reviews shown on this Site are real reviews left by customers on third-party platforms and are reproduced as written, with attribution to the reviewer and a link to the original where available. We do not pay for reviews and we do not edit their substance.
10. Third-party links and services
This Site links to third-party services, including mapping, scheduling, review platforms, and financing providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
11. Privacy
Our handling of the information you submit through this Site — including estimate requests and contact forms — is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the Site or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from work we perform, are governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located and the services were performed, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply going forward and do not alter the terms of work already quoted and accepted.
15. Contact us
Questions about these Terms, or about work we have done, should go to your local team — every number is listed on our contact page, and each one reaches the owner of that market rather than a national call center.
